Amyn Valji, owner and president of Surfside Staffing, began his career in physical therapy over 13 years ago. As a traveling therapist, Amyn has worked in over 100 facilities throughout the United States and Canada. Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Amyn graduated from University of Alberta in 1990 with a major in psychology and a minor in biological sciences. In 1994, Amyn earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta in rehabilitation medicine in occupational therapy.
Through Amyn’s varied and strategic career path, he understands the importance of human connections and what it takes to create successful business relationships with various types of facilities, including skilled nursing, outpatient, acute care and acute rehabilitation. An expert in his field, Amyn brings insight and personal experience to each one-on-one consultation with therapists as they seek their ideal work environment.
Ella Valji is the treasurer and co-owner of Surfside Staffing. Originally from the Philippines, Ella earned her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and now has over 15 years of experience in various areas of physical therapy.
